These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SignSeal, a document compliance management platform provided by DP Technologies. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using SignSeal (the “Platform”), provided by DP Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users authorized to access the Platform by their organization.
SignSeal is a document compliance management platform that enables organizations to distribute documents to their personnel, collect acknowledgments and signatures, track compliance status, and maintain audit records for regulatory and internal purposes.
You agree not to:
DP Technologies owns all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms grant you no ownership of the Platform.
Your organization retains ownership of the documents and data it uploads. We claim no ownership of customer content and process it only to provide the service.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of data as described there.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. This draft makes no guarantee of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DP Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.
We or your organization may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, and your data is handled in accordance with the retention terms of our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jordan.
